ok so im trying to help my friend find something and for some reason my firewall and popup blocked was off so the instant i turn them on stuff starts automatically downloading i cant stop it my computer freezes so i restart and when i log on i get this the one on top is the ballon and the other part is what happens it changes back between the caution sign and a minesweaper logo, i ran spybot and NAV2003 and nothing came up please help me!
1. kill norton 2. get avast or avg 3. run a virus check after you update definitions with those in #2... 4. get adaware, spybot, and ewido 5. run spyware checks after you update definitions with those in #4

yep, why they changed computing to technology is beyond my logic... if the above doesn't work, try scnning the above in safe mode (press F8 while windows splash comes up), that will kill most viruses. if not that, tell your friend to back everything up on cd/dvd abnd reformat...
that alert in and of itself is just adware. see hwo it wants you to buy their product? i don't think its is too serious, but again could be.
