I bought a pin topic thing from the GR shop thinging i would be able to pin my topc in offers and request place but then it says this:

"Board Message

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.
The error returned was:

Sorry, this forum has been locked, you are not allowed to pin/unpin topics from here."

I would have never bought the thing if i known you cant pin in that forum but there are already tut topics pinned there.

HELP

That item can only be used to PIN topics in the Shops/Services from my understanding.

Yup. Topics pinned there currently were done because 1) global moderators abusing their power 2) As a favor or a bribed placed to current global moderators 3) both option 1 & 2.

you wana do #2????

if not can i get my creds back, since i thought i would be able to do it.

I accept bribes of at least 100 credits. Send a link URL in the credit description and the item

LMAO, I gotta quote that.
