I am in a desperate mental illness, what can I do???

my memory really hurts my body. I want to start everything anew. I want to become a Japanese person, but when I think this in this way, my past memory severely contradicts to this, which is painful. My childhood memory suddenly emerges into my mind when sleeping, when I was dreaming to be a Japanese.
    WHY?

I was not born in Japan, and I don't have any childhood spent in Japan. I spent my childhood in Taiwan....

I still believe I have ability to turn myself into a pure Japanese....

I just want to be--PURE--that's all I want...

but memory is killing my feeling right now
    how can I do???
Any way to erase my memory??

I think it'd be cool to be born in Germany, I dont think it's a mental disease and I don't go around telling everyone.
