Overall Cutting:
Friggen amazing, as usual 9.5/10
Usability: 9/10, this is very big, so i think that when scaled down to a useable size it might be blurry, this is from some experience, but this is very easy to use in a sig.
Uniqueness:Never seen it before:10/10
Image Quality: 10/10, very high quality
Render Choice: Its a very good pick except for that its incredibly huge, which kills a point on usability >_<... 9/10
Special Effects:0/0
overall huy, I give your render a 9.2/10

Blizzard
Overall cutting: 9.5/10, god damn you people >.< these are amazing, but im assuming you rendered each star with the pen instead of extracting?
Usability: 9.5/10, its comic book quality, but its very useable
Render Choice: very nice pick, but the quality is a bit low.. 9/10
Uniqueness:10/10 never seen it
Special Effects: 2/2, sweet star effect
image Quality 8.5/10, its not very high quality, compared to Huy's
Blizzard, I give your render an 8.8
God damn, Id really Null my vote guys, but I have to cast a vote, So no hard feelings in my opinion they are both amazing and of equal level.

In the end the only thing that one it for huy was the quality of the image.

 

I want to say that every star was cutted with pen tool..no extraction..and I think that Image Quality inst factor of judging..only how well it was cut..and remember factors are:

Difficulty
Uniquness - How unique the render is (has it been done before)
Usability - IS A MAJOR FACTOR!!

The image quality effects the useability

 

O sorry blizzard should i change something ? i was being picky since i couldnt decide -.-..

 

What he meant I guess is that Triumph judged on as well usability as render choice (as well as special effects) and he just wanted to make sure we judge on the right things.

General Critics:

The cutting on her body is good too, but not as good as the render of Huy-N. At some parts you cut away too much and some parts you made it too smooth instead of exactly following her body. Her hair isn't far as difficult as Huy-n's render, but it's cut very well. But there are some parts that could have done better. For example you forgot to cut out one little ball above her head. And one the wallpaper, some of the balls have more glows than others. But on your render they almost all have the same amount of glow. Not things that inflict usability, but they do inflict the "how well the image has been cut" factor.

Ratings:
Difficulty: Pretty easy, but I must say very time consuming. 6.5/10
Uniquness: Didn't see that particular render before, but has been done before and also the theme is done before pretty much before. 7.5/10
Usability: Not very useable, it's kinda monotone and it's a girl with a flute 6.5/10
How Well The Image Has Been Cut: Has more errors than Huy-n's render imo 8/10
Size: Size is fine.



I have to go with Huy-n. Both were great renders which makes it a hard choice. But it's slightly useable and slightly better cut.

Difficulty: It looked pretty easy because most of it is just on a solid color backround. The orb things probly took a while and might of presented somewhat of a challenge.
Uniquness: Havent seen it before.
Usability: It could be used easily. But its a girl with a flute. I wouldnt wanna make a sig with a girl with a flute. but thats just my taste.
How Well The Image Has Been Cut: Nice job on the hair. It didnt seem nearly has hard as huy-n's hair but, the rest of the rende is great.
Size: Size is fine.


Ok, what it came down to for me was the fact that huy-n's render had backround in the render still. So, my vote goes to BlzrD. Congrats on making it this far.

 

Lol if i did something wrong guys ill edit it out, but i would still vote for Huy-N, because even though rendering those stars would be hell, from what i could tell Blzrd only rendered a few stars and then duplicated the rest, thats a gues i made from comparing the two since all the stars arent identical, but i could be wrong ;p

 

You wrong m8..I`ve rendered All stars..and putted some in left bottom corner..(~6stars)

 

yea, it was just a guess, I doubted myself to, no worries hopefully

- Not very difficult but the hair which is definately - Majority isnt
- Havent seen this before
- Very useable
- Cut splendidly
- Decent size
- I can still see background in the hair even though it is hard to cut hair that thin
- Im sure no-one mentioned this BUT u missed a spot on the left hand side of the render - There is a line going up if you view in FF

Blzrd

- Difficult due to the stars - Rndering the stars must have taken forever - The rest is average for difficulty
- Havent seen it before
- Useable in pieces due to the subtle colours & stars
- Perfect cut
- Decent size
- Missed a very tiny [nano-sized] piece of the background on the left hand side
