    that sounds scary...i guess the biggest fire i've seen in my life was when i used to play with matchs when i was 6...:P guess what happened alone....lol

    Glad you diddent burn youfelf flamey ;) the biggest fire i ever saw was when me and my friend accidently set a field on fire but luckily we stopmed it out

    Yeah, I didnt get burned (which I really hope will never happen) But we had 4 fires up there today! Kept us on out toes! :D

    bah, my step dad is a volunteer firefighter he is a captain for the pettis county fire dept. :) firefighters own

    Nope, I live in MAryland! Why does everyone think 16 is to young to fight fire? At 16 most people have jobs, firefighting is just a tad more difficult to do than stocking shelfs at Wal-Mart!

    Yeah, all you have to do is take a company level class to actual ride fire trucks. But on company level you cant bottle up and actually fight fires. Then you take the state course which alllows you to actual fight fire!

    These are all the classes I have taken

    Fire
    Firefighter I
    Firefighter II
    Hazerdous Materials Operations
    Ladder Truck Operations
    Confined Space
    Heavy Machinery Rescue
    HIgh Angle Rescue
    Swift and Flood Water Awareness
    Technical Rescue I

    Emergency Medical Services
    EMT Basic
    EMT First Responder
    Advance CardioVascular Study

    All that and Im not ever 18 yet.... jeez I have no life other than the fire company!
