All you need to do is remember the name that the font is and then extract them to a place in Control panel the folder name "Fonts" and then they will be in PS when you get to it.

Note: You CAN add them when the PS is open.

    Program Files/Common Files/Adobe/Fonts

install and they auto-go into PS, no restart needed

    eh, either or... ;)

But with my way you also get to see these fonts in MS Word and Notepad and all your other font grabbing programs... with no extra space taken. ;)

okay go to a font site like dafont.com

extract it from the rar archive

there should be a font file

    put it in: my computer>C:>WINDOWS>Fonts

just put it there and itll take like 1 sec to download

now its in every application you can use fonts ie:// photoshop, word, etc etc

If you have alot of fonts like i installed around 3000 i would go with the method of just putting them in photoshop instead of installing them into windows.

If you pc isnt to good this would be best so programs like word dont take ages to open but if your pc is good then either way will do.

it's a matter of harddrive speed moreso than PC speed...

and even then it's stupid to do it. I have the fastest consumer harddrive and I'd never fvck with that shid.

No it shouldn't. As you see, there are many people repeating each other. It's fine here.
