is it that little index.of mp3 code? if it is...i dont think its warez..cuz what if your look for some music i made and hosted and i gave u permission to dl it, and u just had to google it?

If what you are speaking of is anything like what I have seen before, I seen it on http://www.i-hacked.com I've used it before and it does work, but I'm pretty sure its illegal because you are stealing other's bandwidth. Although he removed it, I did not post a direct link to the article, this way if they want to steal bandwidth they can find it themselves.
