How to make your PC run much more faster!

I checked if this was posted before, which it isn't. So I'm gonna get straight to it.

    Step 1:
Delete all unnecessary files which you may not need.

    Step 2:
Uninstall unnecessary programs which may take up a lot of room/CPU usage.

    Step 3:
Defrag your PC - this will make it run a bit faster.

    Step 4:
Press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC which should open up Windows Task Manager. On all tasks which aren't being used properly, (such as with me: puush.exe, KHALMNPR.exe, jucheck.exe, etc) right click them, press Set Priority, and press Low.

    Step 5:
Once done, head on over to TuneUp Utilities 2012 - Download this is the main thing which will speed up your computer.
Hit Download TuneUp Utilities 2012, and choose your preferable save destination. (somewhere easy to remember - Desktop, Documents, etc)

    Step 6:
Install the program, and then run it. You should have a 30-day-trial, if not, then search across the internet for a crack or a key (I used a key for a lifetime subscription)

    Step 7:
Open up the program, and press "Start Analysis". Let it do its thing. (this may take a while depending on how much stuff you have on your PC)

    Step 8:
If you haven't used this program, or a similar program to this before, you will find you can free up a lot of space and make your PC faster. As you can see by my results, I can free up space, and make my PC faster:

    Hit "Run maintenance".

    Step 9:
Once complete, it may prompt you to buy the product, or enter a license key. If you have one, enter it at this stage, as it is easier to do!
I won't go over how to get a license key, as it's self explanitory.

    Step 10:
If you want your PC to run a little bit faster, you can hit "Turbo Mode" which will disable most background tasks which don't do much.

    Step 11:
Press "Go to Start Centre" or something similar.
You should be welcomed with something similar to this:

If you have any problems, press Show Details. Go through and edit the problems accordingly.

    Step 12:
Go into Optimize Devices, and press Disable startup programs. This is what I have:

For the unnecessary programs, depending on what they are, disable, or enable accordingly. Go through and do this for all the programs listed.

    Step 13:
Once done hit the "X" in the top right corner. Now press "Disable programs".

    Step 14:
As with Step 12, go through and disable/enable programs accordingly. Once done, again, hit the "X" in the top right.

    Step 15:
On the right of the screen, where it says manually run maintenance tasks, go through, one by one, and sort it out.

    Step 16:
On the "Gain Disk Space" category at the top, you'll see something similar to this:
Again, go through one by one.

    Step 17:
Hit the "Fix problems" category at the top. You should see something similar to this:

Once more, go through each and every one until finished.

    Step 18:
    That is it!

This should speed up your computer loads!

PS - this took me a good few hours to make, as I had to go through it, as I forgot that I uninstalled TuneUp :(

    Anyways, ENJOY.

This was not posted when I searched for it, and if there is one posted, I doubt it's as in-depth as this.

If you have any problems with this, feel free to contact me!

This does NOT seem like a legitimate post.
The first set of tricks are largely irrelevant with modern computers/operating systems.
The program listed is something I've never heard of and is likely a link-bot.
