    -Make a sig
    -Cut out the part you want for the picture
    -Paste on a new canvas

    ... Ya.. I kinda thought that was pretty basic for anyone to know..
    That's all there is to make a "photo" like that one.. o_0

    No need to make a sig really, just paste the render, cut it, and make a bg in the inside rectangel :P
