    1. Make a new document about 1000px by 1000px
    2. Open up the info window.
    3. Select the circle marquee tool.
    4. While holding shift, make a 150px by 150px circle, it will tell you the size in the info box.
    5. Press D to reset colors.
    6. Edit>Stroke and hit ok.
    7. Duplicate the circle 3 times, there should be 4 circles now.
    8. On the bottom layer, press shift+left 7 times.
    9. On second to bottom, do right 7 times.
    10. On second to top, do up 7 times.
    11. On top, do down 7 times.
    12. Control+Shift+E to merge all layers.
    13. Duplicate the layer.
    14. Press control+T, to do transform, and rotate it 45 degrees.
    15. Merge the layers.
    16. Duplicate the layer, and transform it again 22.5 degrees.
    17. Merge layers again.
    18. Duplicate layer again and rotate 11.25 degrees.
    19. Merge layers again.
    20. You should now have a cool spiral thingy.
    21. You can keep on going, just rotate it 1/2 as much as the last rotation.
