Why would he lie, its art. Programs no Programs its still amazing.

 

he aint lying, a very talented artist with a good wachom by hes side can easily do that.... ive seen many works like these done in PS and Ilsutrator, by Digital Artists... it hit me liek 1 year ago, when i 2 thgouth i kinda knew my way arround PS, but these guys are whole new level...

 

He is just using liquify at big resolution, then he reduces the size = better quality. Adds shadings, lightning to make it look real. Just like this guy:

He uses apophysis (the fractal art program) + PS.

I dont know anough avout this to know if thes lieing or not.

 

If he is not lying, then I would say he does something like vectoring with a tablet (takes the original render and brushes over it on other layers, with a tablet it wouldn't take long if your not lazy).

For the abstract pieces, it's easy to get abstract brushes that look really close to actual c4ds. That's what I was thinking it was in the first pic. Maybe http://phonuts.org/?p=167 for the fourth piece.

 

brushes are too monochrome to have done any of those.
