Well I wanted to sell my current PC and buy a new one but I wanted to know how much you think it is worth so I can get a range for a sale price. Here are the specs:

    256MB Nvidia Geforce 6800 GTO
Intel Pentium 4 @ 3.0 GHz with HTT and 1MB Cache
    2GB PC4200 DDR2 Ram (2x1GB Dimms)
    15in Flat Panel Monitor
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 THX Sound Card
    16x DVD/CD-Rom Reader Drive
    16x DVD+r/DL/CD Burner
    Standard Keyboard/Mouse
    2.1 Speakers with SubWoofer
    250W Power Supply
    Microsoft Encyclopedia 1004
    Word Perfect Productivity Pack
    Money 2004 Standard
Intel --- 1000 Integrated PCI NIC Card
    56K PCI Data Fax Modem
    3,5in Floppy Drive
    Intel Motherboard
USB 2.0 (2 in front, 4 in back)
    Firewire Port
    160 GB SATA HDD 7200rpm
    Legitimate Windows XP Home Edition

That it for now but if I think of something I missed, I will add it. Thanks for your help in advance.

Well I was hoping it would be worth more because the one I was looking at was $1500. I guess that a $600 discount isn't bad though. Anybody else have an opinion?

Ok I updated the specs which should give everyone a better understanding.

700-800 if you can find someone. If you get bored and get no offers then offer it for 600.

well maybe a year and a half ago...

    256MB Nvidia Geforce 6800 GTO - $65
    Intel Pentium 4 @ 3.0 GHz with HTT and 1MB Cache $65
    2GB PC4200 DDR2 Ram (2x1GB Dimms) $85
    15in Flat Panel Monitor $70
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 THX Sound Card $50
    16x DVD/CD-Rom Reader Drive $20
    16x DVD+r/DL/CD Burner $25
    Standard Keyboard/Mouse $10
    2.1 Speakers with SubWoofer $20
    250W Power Supply $15
    Microsoft Encyclopedia 1004 $0
    Word Perfect Productivity Pack 0
    Money 2004 Standard $0
Intel --- 1000 Integrated PCI NIC Card
    56K PCI Data Fax Modem
    3,5in Floppy Drive $10
Intel Motherboard $30-100 depending on what it is(all the shid above and below is integrated into it FYI)
USB 2.0 (2 in front, 4 in back)
    Firewire Port
    160 GB SATA HDD 7200rpm $60
Legitimate Windows XP Home Edition $90

then add in $30 for a case
    and a heatsink for $20
I'm assuming you have an OEM system which is incapable of overclocking etc. with the standard ----ty components.

665 - IF the arts were new and unused.
so my first guestimate was off slightly
revision $550-700 depending on how stupid a client you can find

i mean i hate to break ti to you but... i'm even being generous...

    http://configure.us.dell.com/dellstore/con...c=DDCWCA1&s=dhs
add a $100 GFX card and $100 worth of RAM and you've got a machine for $550 with double the graphics power 2GB RAM(which is moderately faster) and a moderately faster CPU...

he works for a company which no longer exists?

that's the upper bound you'de have to find someone who is very uneducated to buy that at that price.
