How much would you pay for an already coded, site, with an exclusive, fullrights template

    (this site) nicktheninja.sinfulsurf.com

It is already coded with an animated sig bar and the hosting is good for 4 years and I believe it's 300 megabytes...

the username (nicktheninja) could of course be changed...
