    i was bored and i just thoguth it would be funny to see how many computers you guys have. i myself have 5 thoughtout my whole family... dads house:emachines T6524 moms house: HP pavilion my room:my souped up emachines T6412 my dads house second comp: 1997 macintosh apple(biggest peice of ---- ever!) my brothers comp: HP pavilion

    Brothers: Custom build (Shuttle Case and Athlon XP)

    Dad's laptop: Gateway laptop (2.13Ghz Pentium M)

    Old Family Dell: 1.8Ghz Pentium 4

    between my entire family 6 of which I have 4, not all of them are what I would call great though all but two and half(I hav the components to peice it together justhave it in spare parts form) are crap.

    1. A really old HP Windows 95 with an original pentium (so old the name on the front is Hewlett Packard)

    2. A Toshiba toughbook running Windows 98 (soon to be Windows XP)

    3. A HP Pavillion running windows XP at 2.4 GHz

    4. A custom build running windows XP with Athlon 64 2800+

    5. A Patriot 3070 laptop running Windows XP on a Via C3 at 1.2 Ghz

    A bunch of misfits, lol.

    EDIT: here is what I have


    old comp from 96 with a PI(133mhz) with MMX ad 64mb ram
    old compaq in pieces from 98 with a K6 proc and 64 mb ram
    old emachines from 98 with a cyrixx 2 and 32mb ram
    components from an old PIII(450mhz) w/ 128mb ram
    custom PII comp(450mhz) with 128mb ram and a busted PSU
    gateway with a 600mhz celeron and 128mb ram(would have 256mb ram but my step mother threw it away because sh thought I gave her an inferior component because she is a paranoid bitch)
    emachines from 2003/4 with an athlon xp 2600+ and 512mb ram
    parts left from an HP comp with an athlon XP 3000+
    custom comp with athlon 64 3000+ and a 7800GT



    shid I have more than I thought I did

    well, if you dont count the dead compys, that would amount to 4.

    mine:

    Dell Dimension L700CXE (test computer)

    2 custom built:
    1: P3 700mhz (piece of crap)
    2: AMD Athlon XP 3000+ (current)

    family:

    P4 Celeron 1.0ghz

    dead:

    486, Pentium I, (2) Pentium 2, (2) old macs, Apple IIC, old black and white Ben Franklin... think thats it.

    ACTUALLY...

    no. they don't have that great of graphics cards. save for the 10000 model, but their procs aren't that great and their motherboards are crap.
