How Does Your Live Tech Support Work For You?

    Well I just ordered my time warner turbo boost upgrade which is supposed to allot me 15 mpbs and durring the week a free power boost up to 22 mpbs. Not bad for 9.00 bucks more a month but it wasn't working at first. So I got on live chat because I waited 20 mins on the phone to get the dang upgrade. After some waits and modem resets, the end result is this guys funny responses and comments making me lol and fix my net speed.

    How's everyone elses experiences been?

    Idk I just thought atm it just seemed kinda awkward and funny. I'm easily laughable though.

    Had my new connection activated in the next 3 hours. ------ing expensive service though!
