How do you save a sig with an over hanging image that goes beyond the borders into a jpg and still have it transparent and not get a big blotched white background as a filler???
If I hear you correctly, you're asking how to save a jpg with transparency. If that is the case, then it is impossible. You have to save it in a version such as gif (not recommended) or a png (highly recommended). If what is behind the image is transparent, then you only have to save it in the proper format.
