when i get angry i keep it inside, however it doesnt go away. I continue getting even angrier and ultimately when someone does something that is worthy of a slight trashing, i end up releasing it all. Gets me in the worst positions ive been in , my anger that is. Cranking up some Dimmu Borgir, Cradle of Filth, Impaled Nazerene, Devil Driver, etc. usually helps me calm down at the moment tho
i'm not very emotional, but usually hold anger/stress inside and try to take my mind off the situation by doing some other activity.
well it depends stress is different i like to handle stress by jus chillin hangin with friends listen to music... you know takin it easy... and sometimes smokin a nice ciggarette but anger man ill punch the walls it also depends if its like some1 angers me like disses me or something if im seriously pissed off ill punch something and smoke a ciggarette and listen to music... but sometimes i keep it inside..... jus sometimes... also one thing that really helps deal with anger is beating the ---- out of a punching bag till your knuckles bleed and pumpin iron....
Stress balls suck.. I used to have one, because I was pissed off at everything before, and after a while of playing with the ball I'd get pissed off at it too and throw it at something :/
Your guess is as good as mine on how to get rid of these demons we call stress and anger. It often sticks to me, but sometimes any art form (literature, music, visuals, etc.) helps me relax in the long run.
