just wanta know peoples methods, when im stressed i pop open a full throttle(energy drink) and fingerboard.
I find my ways my best way is to scream at the moment..cuz I dont wanna punch or kick things cuz that was never good in the past..
Yes, what diablo said, I hate punching/kicking things, I broke my CPU by punching it before! I just scream and walk around and watch TV.
Punch things, kick things, yell at the top of my lungs... Yeah. That's only when something really insane is happening... Like you yourself are being screamed at by your mother or father. For example, my mom just yells in my face until I do something like that.
I dont really get extremely pissed that often at all, usually when i do get really angry tho is when im playing hockey, i play competitive (In a league with divisions and what not) and it gets really, well, competitive lol, and im in bantam so theres hitting and alot of cheap shots go on... so i usually take it out by smoking the dumbasses with their heads down just asking for it... Other than that i just swear or throw stuff around, mostly at my door cause its less dentable than my walls.
I grab my MP3 player, and cue up 'Vulgar Display Of Power' by Pantera, and then I go into the basement and beat the piss out of my heavy bag. Works wonders. When I'm done I'm usually too tired to remember, let alone care about what it was that pissed my off in the first place.
