How Do You Make Boreder Lines

how do you make border lines around a sig if anyone could give me a good tut on that that would be great

 

What do you mean border lines.. can you please show an example?

 

look at my sig i have up right now that was made for me and im makin one my self now and i wunna now how to make those tiny border lines around it like that one has so thay match

 

Ok this is what you do.
After you made your sig, make a new layer, go to Select > All
Then go to Edit>Stroke> 3px, black, inside.
Then again Edit>Stroke> 2px, white, inside.
One more time, Edit>Stroke>1px, black, inside.
Then go to Select>Deselect.
Change the layer mode to soft light and you can play with the opacity if you want.

Hmm, make sure you make a new layer for this and you put it on the top of all the layers and make sure you do Select>All
