How Do You Do Lighting Effect.

How do you put lighting in a sig/banner like jeb have in his

 

Look in the tutorials section i think theres one in there.

 

Actually that's just a brush from Darks brush pack. (I think. That's where I got it) But only because I was too lazy to actually make the lightning even though it's easy to do.

 

Is this lighting effect like a glare in the lens that sum people use??

 

ohhhh, lightning, i thought u were saying Lighting, well there is a tutorial on how to do it, or u couldt do wat he did, and use a brush
