Okay, I download some counter strike demo files. And the files are .dem and I don't know how to play them. I'n counter strike, i open up the console, and tipe "playdemo videoname.dem" but nothing happens. If somebody helps me before tomorrow I will send them 10 credits and a +rep ^_^
ok its very easy. what you do it go into your cstrike directory c://programfiles/steam/steamapps/your acount/counterstrike/cstrike/ put it in there. then go into counter strike open console and type viewdemo "DEMO NAME" w/o quotes. if the name of the demo is reallllly long then you can always rename it. =) hope i helped any other further question p/m me
