Lol, I'm not sure, just some glossy buttons? It just needs a bit more "zest" now. Just play around.

=/ I don't really like it, it seems too crowded and busy, and theres not much "WOW" factor going on =/

    Sorry.

I'm making a more "stylish" one now. I'll post up in a few hours. ;)

    Edit:
Hows this one? Once coded the blue bar will go onto the margins of the page.

    Banners help *A LOT*
Try not to use so much bold font, as bold font is usually used for titles, or important things. I would title the "Shared", "Reseller", and the "Dedicated"; unbold everything else.
Instead of Your Company, make it an actual name, and put in the glass reflection of the text under it. It would defiantly make it look more glossy.
My last suggestion would be to make the template atleast 900 pixels wide, you don't want everything scrunched up.
Rip-proof kinda kills it, it was kinda my focal point to be honest.

yeah its looking really nice now. Your might want to make it so the background and the main body which are similar colors, one darker then the other or a different color so it stands out a little.

And the divider lines between the main banner could do with having the dark blue gradient on the left and the blue on the right. Hope ya get what I mean lol

Overall its good keep up the work!
