no....I said no refund because it's umm....past the money back guarantee? I see Andrew is looking at this now so hopefully it will be closed.

 

I have purchased a host from him... i have had no problems so far... warez is illegal u should have known that you arent alloud to do it on there... unless you find a host who allows it. i dont consider it scamming you broke the rules i guess you have to pay for it

 

I don't know whether or not Gothic X is a scammer, but the topic of hackers running hosting businesses just remind me of Xternal-Host. Haha. The people running it were like 13 years old and they practiced a lot of hacking and distribution of warez. They were always promising better servers like every month. Their mySQL servers were always down. Their HTTP and FTP was very slow and had a lot of downtime. Good thing I only had free hosting. If Gothic X is a hacker, don't worry Blackwidow. Hosting companies run by hackers always have old and new enemies and there hosting companies never last. If you aren't a scammer Gothic X, then don't worry. Gamerenders isn't the only or the best place to get clients.

 

Yeah man I know...I am not worried about that, I am just worried about my reputation on GR. I like selling and buying things on here. http://www.pristine-design.com/ is the guy above's site, and it is up but he hasn't put anything on it yet. He has a reseller host from me.

and yes admins are investigating you Gothic Surge.. you were banned and shouldnt be allowed to earn money off it's members anymore

it was a priveledge and you ruined it for yourself by scamming other people..

The thing is, our transaction was not done over Gamerenders at all. You contacted me over msn and we did the business. Personally, I do not think it is fair for me to be banned over something non-GR related. It was also unfair for you to post something that has nothing to do with GR on this community.

For the record, just because you have a name change, doesnt mean you change as a person. I know Broken Faith, and he had issues with your hosting at one point as well. So Black Widow obviously isnt the only one.

However, im not here to take sides. I would just like to say, let this be a warning, usually the best place to buy hosting is from a reputable dot com site, and its usually the saftest option. But, theres also no guranttees in life, except one....karma...do something bad, it will eventually come back and bite ya in the.....

Then you do not obviously know beatsta, as i can gurantee you - alot more people know and trust beatsta then you. Beatsta is one of the most respected, fastest responding, creative template creators in GameRenders, second only to waves/Spencer when hes not lazy ( ). Considering i have seen three rips on his jungle template already, i believe him. Not to mention, only a few post before - you were on BlackWidows side. For once, stick to 'one side', and listen to your own advice.

This is not about who did what, or who has the most reputation. The fact is - BlackWidow feels scammed, and regardless of whos at fault, the 'company' should do their best to compensate such feelings, or it will lead to such threads or emails like this to others, earning a bad reputation for the said individual.

BlackWidow - You admitted this transaction was done outside of GameRenders, thereby opening yourself to no help or gurantee of help with GameRenders staff. This does not mean we won't offer advice, but it does mean we can not help in anyway without some stuff that relates to the actual website. I would recommend sitting down with your parents, and discussing the situation with them. Explain it fully, and ask them to fill out a report on paypal, and a refund.

Gothic X - You do not have the greatest reputation when it comes to postive business deals in GameRenders, so you have no room to talk. You have already been suspended twice for scams/events in the past, and this is your final warning - your now on babysitting and your shop is closed until further notice.

May this be a lesson for all - your dealing with immature individuals, think and act wise; since we will not clean up or help you for stupid mistakes. We all make bad judgements, i lost $100 to Invivo-Host when it went down. It is part of life, and its a tough lesson to learn at a early age.
