    Well the point is that you have no proof that it was him

    In a court people are not convicted until they have the required evidence, and here there is not enough evidence to prove HolySpawn actually did anything wrong.

    In the past apparently he did not understand how the rights thing worked, but he has paid for that and it has been worked out. This time maybe a grudge was the motive for another member to set him up to be banned.
