I like the concept you were going for. Just didn't fully piece together for me. You ruined most of the flow the tag had going. The text is just over the main part of the effects and that kills the flow. When placing text, try and place it in an area not busy. Which would be the bottom left. Moonstar is a nice font.. But I wouldn't use it with this kind of tag. Maybe with a more colorful sprite kind instead. But great to see you using more eye appealing fonts, Hyper. The border is kind of weird as well. So maybe change that up some as well. I suggest you reading a few more tutorials, that way you can learn new tricks towards effects. The effects in this tag seem low quality and aren't exciting.
