its actually fake..the 3 people are actors. if you read the comments and watch the full version, youll see its a set-up show...sort of like the belgian version of jerry springer.
Actually, this was on Dutch TV a while ago in a flashback program, it was in 1990, and he looked back on that time, and he did got fired for that. Thats what they wanted you to think, but its a fake.
