Hi All Tell Us What U Think

i looked at the tuts and followed frahs sig tut and came up with this plz let me know what u think i tryed to add rain but i cant seem to do the fram bit in photo image i get the 3 boxes up and set the rate it flashes between the 3 screens but the rain dont seem to move what am i doing wrong

thanks for all comments dudes it was only my second try so if you have any tips on how i could do better they would be greatly appreciated got to get used to all the brush strokes and blending yet but like you all said i cant do anyworse ile just keep messing around until i get one you all like.......lol
