Just -rep them if they do it again. Anyway, it goes Anime (girls) then Ecchi (naked girls) then Hentai (naked girls in suggestive positions)
that would be using repping in a wrong manner,-repping someone for reasons like that will get your repping privelages taken away from you.

The literal translation of "hentai" is "pervert". So, anything that is reasonably offensive, such as a girl who is SO topheavy that her shirt is about to fall off, OR a girl who is wearing an abnormally short skirt, can be counted as hentai. Is that tword me? Cause I have absolutly no problem with anime. Im obsesed with both anime and hentai. For crise saked I draw hentai. And I think I said to take off the filter in the search, it filters out all the real hentai.
