can someone please explain to me how to make something like this? i have the bars i want on it.. just don't know how to scroll them like that. Also if you know anyone that makes them i'd like to get a couple made.. so if you could tell me a name of someone who makes them i'd appreciate it. thanks.

Just open up imageready and do a fade, right??? I think thats how people do it edit post what you want and I can give it a shot.
