Help

I need help in PS, if I want to add a filter like 'graphic pen' or something I can't adjust the values because i cannot see them. I can't resize the window, it's like it's locked or something :s

yes, but I've just started designing until now and so I never needed to change the values until now. So I think it's always been this way.

 

nvm, I solved it. I changed the screen res to a higher res

 

or you could have draged the little section with the .: to make the preveiw window smaller, or the windo larger...
