well it just poped up when i turned on my pc

can someone send me that file ill give any specs i need to help u find it but im in the middle of a game so i dont have time now but in a few mins i can.

 

Sounds like you need to reinstall your graphics drivers, go to intels site and find the appropiate driver

 

Thats the thing i dont even use a intel graphics card

 

hmm well thats quite strange, I can't excatly make out what "tv disk" is supposed to mean either.

 

either update your drivers, just search the card on google and the put drivers at the end or go to

im using win98 so it might be different

control panel>system>find the card and hit remove

you might have to switch to clasic view in control panel to get system to come up
