    ok guys i need some help.....i wonna make a IPB forum like this one but i dont know how to make a forum or how to get IPB .....help ?

    You need a server to install IPB forums. So first you obviously go their site, download the software and install it.

    You download the .zip or whatever it is..unzip it and upload the files to your server. If you have hosting, fantastico is usually provided with it which makes it much easier to simply just install IPB and phpbb with a few clicks.
