Help With Setin Up A Radio Station On Winamp

well i just got theres programs (i think these are the ones i need to make the server):

SHOUTcast DSP Plug-In for Winamp 2.x(from the Be a Dj section)(got it from : ht*p://www.shoutcast.com/download/ )

SHOUTcast Server(from be a shoutcast server)(got it from : ht*p://www.shoutcast.com/download/ )

Also got : WinAMP 5.11 pro
what else do i need ?? and i need some one to guide me thru this if you can help plzz p/m me and if this in the wron section srry bout that but i need this badly
