Alright BC, I'm going to be entering my school's art show (because I'm in art class) and I need some help on how to go through with my idea...basically will be a LP.

The theme is saving the earth/going green/etc, and we have to use either humor or horror, I'm going to be using horror. I want to have a guy standing in the middle of a "desert" looking place, probably with ruined buildings in the background. I want the guy to be wearing a gas mask, the sky to be dusty/horrid, and the scene will look like a city that has been turned into a wasteland. The text will say "Not the future we were expecting" or something similar, now here is where you guys come in. I need some ideas on how I can do this, should I photograph a person and photoshop them in with a gas mask? And should I start with a desert stock and add in different things etc.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Edit:

    Heres a good example:

wow, daecu! you've got a lot of stocks.

my advice? try having a lot of different colors in the stocks as you assemble them. it's way easier to add a gradient map at the end if there's too much color, but it's really hard to ADD color at the end.

I'm not too great with drawing, and I would prefer it to have color.

Thanks for the stocks, I'm going to get started on it.
