6 isnt that fast lol...atlest when your involved with track and CC i run my 6 min mile and feel like the slowest f***er on earth but anyway...im gonna do the same thing but personally i think im going to work on an acceleration which i feel atm is more important so...w/e but there are alot of good ideas in this thread...def worth reading
train train and train more.ur body has fast twitch and slow twitch fibres to an extent you can increase and change them.
if you are going to do all this exercise be sure to work on your balance.
it sux running fast with no balance you hurt yourself alot lol
