Help With Phpbb

umm ok i need help on setting up phpbb forums. i read the tuts for it and idon't get it. i mostly don't know how to upload everything it says to do it in binary but i don't know how can someone help me out. i will send some credits and rep basically to setup my forums

 

Are you setting up a forum from scratch or do you already have a lil done?

 

i already have it done but i want to upgrade if possiable and somehow convert it so that all the members that i have now are in the same forum but i don't lknow how to work it

 

I'm not a php wiz, and ur name disapoints me but ill try to find ya some help.
It'd be nice if there was a site name + version and any other specs would be nice hehe.
