Foolproof (untested ) Ask her out to a movie or something. It's simple, it shows that you care for her, and you dont have to punch her sister in the mouth. Also, explain stuff to her. Talk to her about the situation. Besides, if she really doesnt like you no more, the worst she can do is say no, right? Also, going against everyone who advised you to just let her go, I say wait. If her parents are not ok, just wait. If you really love her, you will wait, because love is patient. Im not talking from experience but from observation.
