ok i need help with borders again i make new layer and it says their is nothing to stroke wat does this mean
well you couled go look at tut section.. but im gonna tell u new layer HOLD CTRL and press a select>... ah crap i forgot the name... well go look on tut section
make a new layer above all other layers, then goto 'Select>All' or hit 'CTRL+A' ...hth. please +rep if this helped any...thx.

I just ahd the same problem, make sure your layer isnt locked, if it has that padlock symbol on the layer, that means its locked.
