I just recently built my new comp and now my USB doesnt work. When i plug it in, it reconizes that it is still there, but i cant access through My Computer. I have already tried to assign it a different drive letter, and still no success. If anyone can solve my problem, I thank you very much.

    My Build:
    Intel Core 2 Duo E6420. OC'd @ 2.6GHz
    Asus P5N-E SLI
    Corsair 520W PSU
    Maxtor 180GB HD
    Kingston 1GB DDR2 PC5300
    Zalman CNPS9700 NT
    e-VGA 7950GT 512MB PCI-E
    Cooler Master Cavalier 3 (Case)

    Thank you very much.

Are you putting the USB in the front of the computer? if so put it in the back... if that dosent work blow it out and try if not take side panel of make sure the USB connector in ur comp make sure the prongs are not messed up

    Go to

    Plug in your Drive
Control Panel > Adminstrative Tools > Computer Management > Storage
And see if the partition manager can detect your drive. Try formatting it.

    Good Luck
