Help Plz

    I recently rebooted my computer..And I reinstalled photoshop v.7 but now the brushes arent working...And the only time they do work is if I upload a pictue..but they only wor on the pictue...They wont work on a new clean sheet...

    If you know how I can fix this or where I might find a solution could u plz help me out..I'd really appreciate it

    this should be in computing.
