well when i try to go on a forum, it always says that the page cannot be displayed. It just started happening today and not all sites have this error. then at the bottom of the browser, where it always says like the url you are going to and the words "opening www.balahagd.com" instead of that it shows C:windows/system32/shcdlc(I can't remember what this is correctly but after that is says dnserror like this : C:windows/system32/shcdlc/dnserror. I really would apprecite any help to this.

you can try this but idk if it'll work

Go to Start>Run type in cmd
    then type in "ipconfig/flushdns"
    then type in "ipconfig/registerdns"

It seems that your computer/ISP cannot resolve the website's DNS, therefore it is not allowing you to view the page. I can tell all that because of the error, and having a little knowledge of the /dns IRC command. So yeah, I know what's wrong.. Got absolutely no idea how to fix it though.

Did you try the Windows website? Because it's not the browser that's having the error.. It's most likely a corrupt file on your system from the look of that error message.
