Advance system care found some stuff and it runs a lil bit faster, no too much though but it did found dozens of problems thanks for the suggestion I thought SP3 should only make it faster. I'll try to shut those down. Well its avedesk (something to mod ur desktop) but that doesnt really use anything of cpu/memory. I do take care of my pc, i have a degree in IT but i just cant figure out why it keeps running slow on some elements.
