It means some asshole using the same ISP as you got your whole ISP banned, tey using a proxy or PM me, I can give you an ip switcher.
An ip switcher wouldn't do you much good anyway. It is the isp that is cut-off, not the ip. And for safety reasons you may wanna edit your ip addy out of the first post. & Proxy may work, give it a shot.
A proxy is just another random IP. Same thing. Besides, it detects your ISP communicating through the IP.
I don't think you will be able to create an account unless you switch your internet service provider...I find it hard to imagine that DA would ban an entire ISP though
