Open all applicable windows you want the picture of ( games and VAC Status), then hit prtScn (print screen) usually next to the F12 key. The open paint or PS, make a blank canvas then hit Ctrl+V to paste the screenshot. You can cut the extra bits off and just show the picture, save it in you preferred format (JPG,PNG,GIF) and make your post and host the picture on iHost using the tool in your post.
