Help Maknig A Good Sig

well i rele need help on making a sig like mancers anything close 2 it if any of havent seen a sig by him here s 1

i think is his latest well if i knew how 2 do any of it i would tell ya at l;east the 1 thing i wanted make me a tut or anything explaining this tech.. and i will give 100cred/rep

TBH I doubt Mancer will tell you because thats his own unique style.

And pixel stretch is when u take the single collum marquee tool and make a selection from a pic and stretch it.

That kind of sig is not hard to make, actually
