okay well lately ive been having these helkern attacks or w/e...sinec they didnt do much harm (so far) i just let it go and on average about daily there would be like 10 attacks. so now my computer is all slow and ---- and i was wondering how i could get rid of it it doesnt tell me where it is located so yea

Under port forwarding with your Router, you can block the ports, which would then block the packets...
