Helkern Wtf

    okay well lately ive been having these helkern attacks or w/e...sinec they didnt do much harm (so far) i just let it go and on average about daily there would be like 10 attacks. so now my computer is all slow and ---- and i was wondering how i could get rid of it

    it doesnt tell me where it is located so yea :(

    NOTE: READ EDIT2 FIRST! Then if that dont work read the rest.

    Supposedly it affects 'MS SQL server 2000' so idk for you.
    There's a patch here: http://www.microsoft.com/Downloads/Release...ReleaseID=40602

    but I doubt u can get that.

    EDIT:
    Try blocking packets at the ports 1433 and 1434

    As far as I can tell this was one of the fastest spreading ones. dont know when that was but lets get this settled.

    Under port forwarding with your Router, you can block the ports, which would then block the packets...
