    just boguht a new wd 250gb essential hd external

    and im just wounder whats the best way to back up my old internal 40gb hd, ive reformatted the new hd to nffs :D instead of fat32 :D please help :D

    you mean ntfs*
    Well, you plug in your external hard drive, you open My Computer -> D:\ (or which ever letter your External uses), and then you click and drag files you want to have, to it.

    but the prob with that is that you cant drag and drop the local disk because to turnt the comp on you gota run some of the programs in it..... so it wont copy :S
