Wow... it piss me off lmao.. anyway. I made a new line with a ellliptical marquee tool and I can't apply some filters on it... wow how come I cant? Ne one know? Ill keep looking until I have an answer
hmm...not totally sure what you mean.. snapshot maybe? I dont think you can use filters for a specific spot anyway unless I'm wrong...to do that I believe you have to make a layer mask, make that selection and make the parts you dont want pure black, then the filter should work on just that section, but that wont work for all situations..
