If they really wanted to make illegal music downloading band permanently they should do something with the source and from the black-market distribution. It also depends on how old is he... they can't sue him if he's below the legal age limit of an adult. They tried to sue a little girl who's only 14 last time, but she managed to get away cause she's not an adult yet.
