well, heres a cool lil trick not to play the new maps or to not get modded by cheaters on the 2nd step when playing a game, in pregame lobby, u hear your hard drive spin on or some noice, which is your hard drive, pretty hard 2 miss, but if it comes on you are going to play a new map, if it doesnt then you wont get modded, and you will play an old map +rep if u like this lol or if anyone didnt know about, this found it out a cpl weeks ago, saw no thread mentioning this so wtf :lol:
modding usually will only happen if your level is in the 30s but yea if you hear your hard drive turn on and not your disk then it is a new map but if you want to play only new maps just stick a credit card in to the stop the disc. ^_^
ah old, Only older xbox's make your hard drive spin atleast at 7200rpm to Load new map's newer one's just stay at a decent 5000rpm. Anyway, I beated modder's before.. In Double Team how you ask? Got host in Warlock. Had my stand by button.. Kept standbying.. Kept killing them Won.. Gained to level 26.
me and my friends were 30 legit, but we kept getting modded so it wasnt even fun, so we leveled down so we wouldnt be facing modders all the time ^_^
i'm only level 15 so i dont get modded very often but i have been once by someone. anyways nice find i'll rep you
My xbox always makes noises. It doesn't matter if it's new or old, it clicks. And I face modders in the mid-20's. Maybe your just lucky.
that mean's it is overheating if you hear it getting louder turn off your xbox, unplug all the cords and let it cool down for a few minutes at one point if it gets too hot it'll cuase a power surge.
